Guake should have a couple a mailing list

I think it would be nice to set up two mailing lists:

• Guake-devel: discussion and announces around Guake-development.

I mean announce of a coming release so that people that do the translation can update their files and also to make easier the realisation of releases notes The patch sent could also be discussed

• Guake-bugs: a read-only mailing-list where all the changes made on the trac are sent.

I would still upload the patch on the trac (rather than send them to the mailing list) but they could be discussed on the mailing list afterwards :)

Ideas, remarks, comments ?

I agree with that. Mailing lists would be easier for me for discussion and keeping track. Atleast we should have one mailing lists for discussion. IRC and Jabber are nice, but sometimes we need to discuss something when all people are not online.

As a suggestion you could use Google Groups to save you having to maintain mailman.

hello there, finally we did it. But instead of creating two mailing lists we have created just one, the guake@…. If its message load grows we can create new lists =D
