Scrolling behavior

When I use "wget" with progress bar I cannot scroll up. I propose to use policy analogy to gnome-terminal:

• two config parameters:
  
  • Scroll on key stroke(Default: on)
    
  • Scroll on output(Default: off)
    
• keyboard shortcut for toggling first(missing in gnome-terminal)

I'm working on the first request, but I'm not sure about the second, do you thin is really necessary to create shortcuts to toggle that options? isn't it going to make guake a bit of bloated?

Bloated? May be. But I think that will be very useful for intensive work in terminal.
