Impossible switch to other aplication (renamed).

Description

Even if NOT set option "Stay on top" I has not chance switch to another running application, even even though switching to another workspace give Guake on top!

Actually it happens in other windowmanagers too, like gnome+metacity.

Hey, can you test this issue with git version? I it is already fixed on that.
