Guake doesn't work with xfwm4

Description

It seems that Guake doesn't work if the metacity window manager is replaced by xfwm4 (or maybe simply if it's replaced, I didn't try with others wm). When I use xfwm4, Guake appears but the shell doesn't run. I come back to metacity and everything works fine again.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.

Could you give some more information ?

Maybe try to run guake from a terminal and see if it gives any error messages ?

I've since changed distro and have no more this issue. Seems the problem was specific to the distro I used to use at this time (which was GNewSense I think) or was related to anything else.
