keyboard shortcuts don't work

Description

When I try to edit keyboard shortcut, it everytime add Mod2 to pressed key.

For example: I press F12 and it saves it as Mod2+F12. The shortcut then doesn't work.

Gnome keyboard shortcuts work properly.

I am using Ubuntu 8.10.

If I switch off NumLock? then recording of keyboard shortcuts works fine.

So switching off NumLock? solves this issue but should be fixed anyway.
