Hide on focus lost don't work

Option "hide on focus lost" don't work. Guake terminal window is not hides when focus goes to another window.

I check it again and it still not working (Guake 0.3.1 + Ubuntu 8.10). Do you have "always on top" option enabled? Without this option enabled Guake window just moves down and hides behind other windows, but not really hides.

I think this problem was fixed in the development version. You will not see it working on 0.3.1 version. To test it you need to get it from git.
